Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to offer you peace of mind, whether you're returning an item or need assistance with a damaged or incorrect order. We accept returns on most items within 15 days, though health, grocery, and beauty products may have restrictions. Our process is simple and transparent, and in some cases, you won’t even need to return the product to receive a refund. General Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at support@nsrone.com or call us at 1-516-888-7544. Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original packaging, unused, and unopened.
  • Certain health, grocery, and beauty products are non-returnable, including perishable goods and items that have been opened or used.
  • Any perishable items past their expiration date cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@nsrone.com or call us at 1-516-888-7544. Our team will assist you and provide further instructions to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. After receiving authorization, items should be shipped back within 15 days. Once the return is inspected, a refund will be issued as follows:

  • If due to our error: We cover the shipping costs, and a full refund will be processed.
  • If due to customer preference: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee of 10% of the product price may apply.

Return Address: Once authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Non-Deliverable or Refused Deliveries

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address or refused delivery, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

No Return Required for Some Refunds

In certain cases, a return may not be necessary to receive a refund. At our discretion, we may ask you to responsibly discard or donate the item to a local charity.

  • Before Shipping: A full refund will be issued.
  • After Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
