How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday through Saturday ship the same day, and orders placed on Sunday ship the following Monday. Standard shipping typically arrives within 2-5 business days. Around holidays, slight delays are possible, but we work to keep them to a minimum.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all orders. If you need your order faster, expedited options via USPS or UPS are available at checkout, with rates calculated by the carrier.

Where do you ship, and where do orders ship from?

We ship throughout the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We require a physical street address and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Your order may ship from one of multiple fulfillment locations, so items from the same order can arrive in separate packages. NSR One is based in Lynbrook, New York.

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened. Health, grocery, and beauty products, as well as perishable goods, are non-returnable, and perishable items past their expiration date cannot be returned. To start a return, contact customer service at support@nsrone.com or 1-516-888-7544 for authorization before shipping anything back.

When will I get my refund, and who pays for return shipping?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving the returned item. If the return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund. If you're returning an item by preference, you pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Orders canceled before shipping receive a full refund; after shipping, the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
